  A few of the staff members are great. They are incredibly kind people and such a pleasure to be around! I have nothing but great things to say about some of the people who work in the office. However, these apartments are very overpriced and it is VERY rare that you're able to get in touch with anyone over the phone. The resident portal to pay your bills online does not work. The "valet" trash pick up is a joke and nothing more than a money making scheme. The trash remains outside for days at a time. There are spiders and roaches everywhere. The apartments are old and do not have overhead lighting, which is insane! I've had to purchase lamp after lamp for my place. My lease ends in a few months and I do not plan on renewing the lease. They've done a good job marketing these apartments, but don't fall for what you see on the website. It isn't reality.
