  This lady is so unprofessional, she pulled funds out of my account without even talking to me while she was “at home sick with the flu!” I am livid with this lady, she has yet to speak with me SO UNPROFESSIONAL!!! Pulled funds out of my account without my consent nor did I pick a policy!!!!! She is he most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and because of her I dropped statefarm

  I switched to Alesha Hardin-Osburn State Farm Office in early 2017 and it was one of the best decisions I've made when it comes to insurance. At the time I switched, I didn't have life insurance for my family and she thoroughly explained how life insurance can be used as a financial tool and not just when someone dies. And honestly, I've never thought about it that way. Mrs. Osburn and her staff are absolutely phenomenal. They all work hard to ensure that your needs are met as a customer. The best part about Alesha Hardin-Osburn State Farm Office is that I can call after hours and still get serviced. If you haven't switched to Mrs. Osburn's office, what are you waiting on?
